Weight loss with keto

Does this low-carb, high-fat diet really transform your body into a fat-frying machine? I gave it a go to find out if the keto diet is best for weight loss.

The only inherent weight loss from keto is the water weight. The reason people use keto for losing weight is it let's you consume lots of fat which is very filling compared to carbs, so you get more bang for you calorie buck so to speak.
